This essay should start by establishing the overall theme of the essay, by telling your story as it pertains to the topic. This type of introduction gives the reader a little b ackground information on the topic and establishes a link between the individual and the concept or idea being presented. As you can see, this is an important part of any essay, and it must be included in the first part of the essay.Next, take about five key facts from your personal life that pertain to the topic and discuss them briefly. You should not give too much information; however, it is acceptable to include some details that relate to your life. After the brief introduction, take your reader on a journey through your story. Explain how the person came to be involved in the topic and the events surrounding the story. Give a brief description of the event, and then end with your three-person introduction.Finish off with your key facts and any additional information you feel necessary. These should be enough to bring your argument together and give the reader a reason to continue on to the conclusion. Once this is done, you can now move on to the body of the essay.In this sect ion, take the three key facts and describe how they relate to the theme and concept. Of course, these should be related to the main idea as well. Now that you have completed this section, you are ready to turn your attention to the conclusion. Again, you should only have a couple of sentences to get through, but keep in mind that each section needs to be present in order to successfully complete the expository essay.
